On this project, Harris & Sons carried out the full electrical installation at a newbuild luxury home in Guildford.

Here we:

• Installed new lighting throughout, including Casambi smart lighting so the entire house can be controlled from the client’s phone
• Supplied and fitted a range of unique statement light fittings chosen to match the client’s vision for the property
• Worked closely with the client to plan socket positions, avoiding the need for extension leads and keeping the finish clean

The result is an installation that is practical, reliable and tailored to the way the home will be lived in. Lighting is both functional and stylish, giving the property a modern finish that reflects the quality of the build.
